Dear Donna,

Thank you very much for being one of our speakers at the 32nd ARTDO International Management and HRD Conference last September 8, 2005 at the MML Development Center, Antipolo City, Metro Manila. Your session on Good People Don't Quit Good Companies, They Quit Toxic Bosses, was intoxicating and an eye opener for participants on how to handle and cope with toxic people (and bosses). It gave them insights also on how to temper/eliminate one's negative personality (or behaviors) so as not to drive away good people in the organization.

We hope you had a professionally-enriching experience as well working with the Philippine Society for Training and Development in this major HRD event of the year.
